Pamela has been an investment advisor for close to 30 years. Since then, she has worked with clients across the country, specializing in investment and retirement strategy for affluent Canadians and their families. As a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, Pamela strives to simplify the complex world of investments and provide clients with an array of investment options so that they may make the most informed decision. Her clients interests are always her top concern and focus.

Pamela finds the most rewarding part of her career is seeing her clients realize their life goals, and assisting future generations to reach theirs. Pamela is actively involved in horticulture, past president of the Saskatchewan Orchid Society and supports numerous charitable organizations.

Jeannette Franks
Investment Associate

Behind every successful team is a master organizer and communicator. Jeannette Franks is a fully licensed Investment Associate who coordinates the inner processes, systems and communications that are vital to our clients' success. Jeannette also executes trades for clients and keeps them informed on their account holdings. In addition, she takes a proactive leadership role in anticipating service requests and communicating investment recommendations to our clients.

Prior to joining Lou's team, Jeannette began her career in the investment industry in 1981 and has had her securities license since 1988. After a sixteen year commitment with a large financial institution, Jeannette put her expertise to work with the Lou Caci Group at ScotiaMcLeod.

Jennifer Capstick
Marketing Assistant

Jennifer joined Scotia McLeod in 2008. Prior to joining Lou’s team, Jennifer began her career in the Investment industry in 2005 as a Sales Coordinator for RBC Asset Management. Jennifer’s role with the Lou Caci group includes marketing and client communications. She is working towards obtaining her securities license.
